What's the fastest way to get a quote?
Text us at (949) 419-5655 with your date, venue, and roughly what you need. We can usually confirm availability the same day and set up a call if it's easier to talk it through.
Can you handle photography and video too?
Yes — we coordinate photographers and videographers through our media network, so coverage is planned alongside your lighting and staging rather than bolted on afterward. Tell us what you want captured and we'll build it into the quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season Saturdays (April–October) book 2–3 months out. Corporate mid-week events and off-season dates can often be accommodated with a couple weeks' notice. When in doubt, ask — we'll tell you honestly what's available.
Do you deliver, or can I pick up?
Both. Delivery and pickup runs $100–200 round trip in the San Diego metro area. Free warehouse pickup is available for smaller orders if you'd rather handle transport yourself.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my venue?
Yes — COIs naming your venue as additional insured are included with every booking at no charge. Send us the venue's requirements and we'll handle the paperwork.
What happens if weather threatens an outdoor event?
We monitor forecasts for every outdoor booking and work with you on contingency plans. Shade structures have wind-safety thresholds we won't exceed — we'll always tell you before conditions become a problem, not after.
Do you rent gear you don't own?
Yes. Beyond our owned inventory we source LED walls, backline, generators, specialty lighting, and more through our production network — one quote, one delivery, one point of contact.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 7 or more days before the event, 50% within 7 days, and no refund within 24 hours. We're humans about genuine emergencies and reschedules.
